La partecipazione è aperta a tutti i professionisti, studenti e appassionati di videografia di qualsiasi paese del mondo. La Organizzazione e la Giuria si riservano di suddividere i film per categorie
I partecipanti devono registrarsi online sulla piattaforma filmfreeway o tramite mail amc@filmvideomontecatini.it) e possono partecipare con n. 1 video per ogni categoria scelta.
Sono ammesse al Festival opere di ogni genere e lingua, realizzate su qualsiasi supporto, nella fase di pre selezione- Gli autori eo distributori delle opere ammesse nella Official Selection si impegnano a trasferire il film nel supporto di proiezione ritenuto necessario alla Sala di proiezione indicata ( DCP per Sala Cinema).
Sono ammessi : Cortometraggi, Pubblicità, Video Musicali , Film di Matrimonio, Docu-Film( 5 Categorie)
Criteri: La durata massima è fissata in un massimo di 5 minuti per i Video Pubblicitari e Musicali; fino a 15 minuti per la categoria speciale Wedding Film sono ammessi solo Wedding Film che contengano un vero matrimonio oppure il rinnovo di una promessa di matrimonio, è incluso il matrimonio simbolico.
I video con contenuti che non corrispondono ai requisiti della categoria in cui sono registrati verranno eliminati. L’autore si assume la totale responsabilità dei diritti d’autore delle musiche utilizzate e delle persone visibili nel video.
Diritti di Utilizzo e Privacy dei contenuti
L’autore e/o la produzione e/o il detentore dei diritti dichiara sotto la propria responsabilità che sono in possesso delle liberatorie sui diritti d’immagine delle persone presenti nei video ed esonerano da ogni responsabilità gli organizzatori del MISFF Film Festival da ogni eventuale reclamo sui diritti della Privacy. L’opera a cui verrà contestato il diritto di Privacy verrà automaticamente esclusa dal concorso.
L’autore e/o la produzione e/o il detentore dei diritti di ogni opera selezionata autorizzano la pubblicazione dei loro dati e dei film, cortometraggi categoria wedding film per l’intera durata del periodo di promozione in italia e all’estero anche tramite il MISFF IRS ( International Road Show ), le Piattaforme che promuovono il Festival e le opere in concorso per un periodo di 36 mesi dalla presentazione al Festival, tutti i canali social che il Festival utilizza per la promozione internazionale delle opere. L’ autore autorizza infine la loro eventuale diffusione agli organi di stampa a fini promozionali, secondo la normativa di legge.
Archivio del Cinema del Matrimonio Italiano: tutti i film iscritti al concorso verranno catalogati e resi disponibili alla consultazione sul sito del Festival, sui canali social, sulle piattaforme utilizzate dal Museo Virtuale del Cinema del Matrimonio Italiano.
Informativa: ai sensi dell’art. del Regolamento UE n. 2016/679 (GDPR), recante disposizioni a tutela delle persone e di altri soggetti rispetto al trattamento dei dati personali, desideriamo informarLa che i dati personali da Lei forniti formeranno oggetto di trattamento nel rispetto della normativa sopra richiamata e degli obblighi derivanti dalle disposizioni del D. Lgs. 196/2003 (Codice Privacy) per quanto compatibili.
Giuria Internazionale per la valutazione dei video ammessi al concorso inclusi nella Official Selection
La Giuria selezionata dal MISFF sceglierà n. 10 film rappresentanti le categorie indicate. Le iscrizioni sono già attive sulla piattaforma Filmfreway . La selezione avverrà nel periodo luglio-settembre 2023 Questi film entreranno nella Official Selection del Festival I Film / Cortometraggi/ Video Musicali / ADV / Docu Film inclusi nella Official Selection saranno visibili On Line e sulle Piattaforme collegate al Festival.
I Film Finalisti saranno proiettati in Sala Cinema o altra Sala allestita per le proiezioni allestite per la Giuria Internazionale, Giuria del Pubblico, Critica Cinematografica.
Film e Audiovisivi partecipanti potranno essere condivisi sui social network al fine di promuovere e sponsorizzare il proprio lavoro al concorso e nel mondo.
.La proclamazione dei film premiati avverrà durante la serata degli AWARDS MISFF Film Festival nel mese di ottobre 2023. Durante la serata potranno essere assegnati n. 1 Crystal AWARDS per ciascuna categoria. Verranno altresì assegnate Menzioni D’Onore e PREMI SPECIALI INDIVIDUALI ( Attori, Attrici, Produttori, Registi, Direttore della Fotografia, Costumista, Scenografo) da definire in base alla disponibilità concessa dagli sponsor.
I registi e/o le produzioni e/o i titolari dei diritti dei film nominati saranno invitati a partecipare alla premiazione. Le opere vincitrici saranno proiettate durante il Festival, pertanto gli autori nominati saranno invitati a fornire l’ organizzazione di un file video in formato DCP per poterlo proiettare.
Gli autori, le produzioni e/o chi detiene i diritti delle opere selezionate ne autorizzano la proiezione durante il Festival, nonché la diffusione (tv, on-line) della intera opera o parti di essa per gli scopi promozionali della Manifestazione.
Accettando la clausola di partecipazione durante l’iscrizione e il successivo perfezionamento con il trasferimento dei file di proiezione si accetta di entrare a far parte di un archivio multimediale realizzato dalla Associazione Montecatini Cinema APS o società di servizi dalla medesima indicata allo scopo di ordinare e conservare le opere delle edizioni passate e future del Festival, di una video library consultabile online, del Museo Digitale del Cinema prodotto dalla medesima AMC.
GIURIA INTERNAZIONALE MISFF / TIAFF 2022
( I membri della Giuria devono riconfermare l’incarico)
1. Olga Strada (Russia), Presidente di Giuria: (Russia) esperta organizzatrice di eventi culturali, già Direttore dell’Istituto di Cultura Italiana a Mosca.
2. Antonio Costa Valente (Portogallo): Professore del Dipartimento di Comunicazione e Arte presso l'Università di Aveiro, e Universitade do Algarve. Direttore del Cineclub di Avanca.
3. Alfondo Palazon Meseguer (Spagna): Professore di comunicazione audiovisiva presso la Facoltà di scienze della Comunicazione dell'Università Rey Juan Carlos.
4. Armando Lostaglio (Italia): Giornalista, Scrittore, Critico Cinematografico, Pedagogo e Docente di Cinema.
5. Laura Andreini (Italia): Opera Singer, soprano, vive vicino a Firenze, nel cuore del Chianti. Nel 2020 festeggia i suoi primi 10 anni di carriera come cantante lirica che l’hanno portata in giro per l’Italia e per il mondo.
6. Pietro Mariani (Spagna): Risiede e lavora in Spagna nel settore TV via cavo, Broadcasting, Internet e telecomunicazioni, attualmente è consulente internazionale e Responsabile dei Contenuti e per la relazione con autori e produttori per la piattaforma OTT www.diamante.live.
7. Maria Paola Viano (Italia): Musicista, autrice, regista. Docente presso il Conservatorio G.Verdi di Milano.
8. Eleonora Capitani (Italia): Psicologa e regista, ha integrato le sue conoscenze psicologiche e cinematografica realizzando laboratori di Cinematerapia.
9. Alberto Di Mauro (Italia): Fotografo ed organizzatore di eventi culturali, già Direttore di Istituti Italiani di Cultura all'estero.
10. Yeganeh Imani (Iran): Artista e designer di origine iraniana, ha trovato nel cinema un modo per esplorare il mondo oltre i confini e le restrizioni politiche.
11. Mario Mariani ( Italia) Regista, montaggio, Direzione Campus Cinema ( Film making) . Docente e filmmaker, formatore di giovani registi nelle produzioni cinematografiche realizzate con cellulari eo Telecamere. Riprese di back stage raccordo per televisioni locali e social.
MISFF WEDDING FILM AWARDS 2023-2025 (with list of jury members)
Admissions to the MISFF are currently ongoing and expire, unless extended, on 30 June 2023
MISFF Festival reserves the right to postpone the deadline.

THE BEST WEDDING MOVIE MISFF 2023 - FEDERMEP AWARD

Participation is open to all professionals, students and videography enthusiasts from any country in the world. The Organisation and the Jury reserve the right to divide the films into categories
Participants must register online on the filmfreeway platform or by email amc@filmvideomontecatini.it) and may participate with no. 1 video in each chosen category.
Works of all genres and languages, made on any medium, are admitted to the Festival in the pre-selection phase. The authors and or distributors of the works admitted to the Official Selection undertake to transfer the film in the projection medium deemed necessary to the indicated screening room (DCP for Cinema Room).
The following are eligible: Short Films, Commercials, Music Videos, Wedding Films, Docu-Films (5 Categories).
Criteria: The maximum duration is set at a maximum of 5 minutes for Advertising and Music Videos; up to 15 minutes for the special category Wedding Film only Wedding Films containing a real wedding or the renewal of a wedding promise are allowed, symbolic wedding is included.
Videos with content that do not meet the requirements of the category in which they are registered will be deleted. The author assumes full responsibility for the copyrights of the music used and the people visible in the video.
Rights of Use and Privacy of Content
The author and/or the production company and/or the rights holder declare under their own responsibility that they are in possession of the releases on the image rights of the people in the videos and exonerate the MISFF Film Festival organisers from any responsibility for any possible claim on Privacy rights. The work to which the right of Privacy is contested will be automatically excluded from the competition.
The author and/or the production company and/or the rights holder of each selected work authorise the publication of their data and of the films, short films, wedding film category for the entire duration of the promotion period in Italy and abroad also through MISFF IRS ( International Road Show ), the Platforms that promote the Festival and the works in competition for a period of 36 months from the presentation at the Festival, all the social channels that the Festival uses for the international promotion of the works. Finally, the author authorises their possible dissemination to the press for promotional purposes, in accordance with the law.
Italian Marriage Cinema Archive: all films entered in the competition will be catalogued and made available for consultation on the Festival website, social channels, and platforms used by the Virtual Museum of Italian Marriage Cinema.
Informative note: pursuant to art. of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (GDPR), laying down provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we wish to inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the above-mentioned regulations and the obligations arising from the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) insofar as they are compatible.
International Jury to evaluate the videos admitted to the competition included in the Official Selection
The Jury selected by MISFF will choose 10 films representing the indicated categories. Entries are already active on the Filmfreway platform . The selection will take place in the period July-September 2023 These films will enter the Official Selection of the Festival The Films / Short Films / Music Videos / ADV / Docu Films included in the Official Selection will be visible On Line and on the Platforms linked to the Festival.
The Finalist Films will be screened in the Cinema Hall or other Hall set up for the screenings set up for the International Jury, Audience Jury, Film Critics.
Participating Films and Audiovisuals may be shared on social networks in order to promote and sponsor their work in the competition and worldwide.
.The announcement of the winning films will take place during the MISFF Film Festival AWARDS evening in October 2023. No. 1 Crystal AWARDS may be awarded during the evening for each category. Honourable Mentions and INDIVIDUAL SPECIAL AWARDS (Actors, Actresses, Producers, Directors, Director of Photography, Costume Designer, Set Designer) will also be awarded, to be defined according to the availability granted by the sponsors.
The directors and/or productions and/or rights holders of the nominated films will be invited to attend the award ceremony. The winning films will be screened during the Festival, therefore the nominated authors will be invited to provide the organisation with a video file in DCP format for screening.
The authors, the productions and/or whoever holds the rights to the selected works authorise their screening during the Festival, as well as the broadcasting (TV, on-line) of the entire work or parts of it for the Festival's promotional purposes.
By accepting the participation clause during the registration and the subsequent completion with the transfer of the screening files one accepts to become part of a multimedia archive created by the Montecatini Cinema Association APS or service company indicated by the same for the purpose of ordering and preserving the works of the past and future editions of the Festival, of a video library that can be consulted online, of the Digital Museum of Cinema produced by the same AMC.

1. Olga Strada (Russia), President of the Jury: (Russia) expert organiser of cultural events, former Director of the Institute of Italian Culture in Moscow.
2. Antonio Costa Valente (Portugal): Professor of the Department of Communication and Art at the University of Aveiro, and Universitade do Algarve. Director of the Avanca Cineclub.

6. Pietro Mariani (Spain): He resides and works in Spain in the Cable TV, Broadcasting, Internet and Telecommunications sectors. He is currently an international consultant and Head of Content and Author/Producer Relations for the OTT platform www.diamante.live.

8. Eleonora Capitani (Italy): Psychologist and film director, she integrated her psychological and cinematographic knowledge by realising Cinematherapy workshops.

10. Yeganeh Imani (Iran): Iranian-born artist and designer, she has found in cinema a way to explore the world beyond borders and political restrictions.
11. Mario Mariani ( Italy) Director, editor, Campus Cinema Direction ( Film making) . Lecturer and filmmaker, trainer of young filmmakers in film productions made with mobile phones or cameras. Back stage filming for local television and social.
